Colere was founded in 1995 by Robert Carnahan and was initially focused on Emergency Management Consulting. In 2005 his son, Jason Carnahan, developed a line of fiberglass nursery stakes that is now the golden standard for nurseries throughout the US. The process of locating the factory to produce the stakes and helping that factory navigate gaining an export license formed the foundation of Colere's sourcing consulting business which is now the primary focus of Colere's work.

Who We Are

Colere is run by Jason Carnahan. Jason has over 10 years of manufacturing and consulting experience and has spent over 3 years living and working in China.  While in China, Jason helped with the launch of a US-China joint venture as well as with the expansion of Subway restaurants in Beijing and Shanghai. Jason holds a Masters of International Management and has functional Mandarin language ability. 

In addition to Jason, Colere partners with a team of American and Chinese manufacturing experts in the US and in China. All of Colere's projects start with an initial consultation with Jason.  After Jason has had the opportunity to discuss your project with you, he will prepare a proposal for moving your project forward and forming your team.
